wait, so now you're saying they cite fraud as the reason they don't accept them? 2 days ago you said they wouldn't say, and I said it was likely fraud, so have you actually proven this, or you just running with what sounds like a good conclusion on my part?
Oh and they simply don't accept them for deposit, which is logical. They will transfer them back and forth for you, buy and sell, but they're not obligated to take them in as deposits. It allows them to provide the greatest amount of service while limiting their exposure to fraud. Almost all banks practice this sort of thing in one way or another. Maybe you simply need to find a different bank/broker, ever think of that?
