Bullocks and anyone else interested, read again the Nov 1, 2006 PR about the acquisition of Digital 440. It clearly states that D440 will be an addition to Safepay. Nothing has fundamentally changed with the Safepay model...this is only an acquisition that should increase revenues to the company.

But I also agree that we now need more clarification. These two PR's simply said that both parties have agreed to the transaction.
