Risk it, in reading your posts, you have friends who are everywhere and always seem to be in the know about GTEM, whether it be a close friend who's a pilot stationed in Iraq and can tell you about unmanned aerial vehicles and who put them there, or a business friend who happens to attend aerospace meetings in Florida discussing unmanned aerial vehicles, etc. and now conveniently a close friend in the poultry business who just recently travelled to Pachuca!

I see you qualified your claim that "t is not possible that No Mas Cable is servicing business like that." by indicating that Telmex was the wireless provider of the TWO hotels your friend stays at in Pachuca.

Pachuca is a university town of 250,000 people and has more than two hotels, and No Mas Cables does not cover the entire town yet.

If you look at many "pay-as-you-go" models, they usually have a post-paid option as well for businesses and others that desire that method.
