That clause is in the event that there's a dispute. Entourage got their property. CMKM Diamonds got their shares. I don't see anything to dispute.

They should just file a Form 144 and unload those shares.

But the content of the post right after yours (stockseekerok's), unfortunately, shows what would happen to that money upon the liquidation of those shares.
