A Dream World for me as a pharmacist would be filling a prescription hand it to a customer without charging for it. I hated telling a customer his or her script would be 75 to a 100 dollars and getting a look back like I was the vilann or a thief charging outrages prices. What RXPC is trying to do is admirable but I question the system won't be much help. I believe universal healthcare is the only answer for the 48 million person without insurance. If we give it o medicare, medicaid immigrants, local, state, and national government employees and veterans. Lets go further and make it universal for everyone especially taxpayers.
