And this assumes:

#1 They have revenue

#2 They don't load the JV up with expense payments to all those unfamiliar shell companies that seem to always pop-up

Translation No Mas Cables (if successful) will never benefit the common shareholders of GTEM.PK

Maybe later when I have time I'll show you in the agreement for the JV, included with the 8k, where it says revenues will be divided. That is my recollection and I'm reasonably sure of the wording. Take a look yourself if you don't want to wait.

Dividends to the owners of the JV will be distributed as directed by the majority interest in the JV. The immensely wealthy Peralta group, who controls 3 of the five seats on the BOD will decide when and how much of the JV's profits, not revenues, will be paid as dividends. Don't look for any dividends soon. It wouldn't make any sense; if the JV shows a profit, it will more likely be invested in expanding the JV's business. Globetel is in the same position with the JV as we are with Globetel: minority shareholders who can either go along or sell out.

shinkdew that's the first summary you have made I can agree with. The financial statements of No Mas Cables will not be shown in GlobeTels Financials, only GlobeTels portion of the Income from the JV will be shown. On the Balance Sheet their current Investment level in the JV will be accounted. They will probably have a subs foot note or a line item in the narative.
