matrix, electronic trading records do at least show that no certs have been touched for me. As far as w/o prejudice, I understand this. I am betting that either the judge, the answers already in, or some other force led to the dismissal and by BCIT agreeing just to let it happen, they got the w/o prejudice.
I do not believe we will need to worry about those counts again.
