How do you think the SEC investigation affects the terms of the Hotzone acquisition? This will be interesting to see if the second distribution of shares occurs in June 2007.

Is it also possible that the valuation and terms of the Hotzone were modified as a result of the SEC inquiry and what we see here is a way to restructure the Hotzone deal?
