from what I've been told is that the purpose of the PR was due to the fact that they are merging or being aquired by a rather large company and they did not want it to seem like they were trying to make it seem like they were bringing more to the table than they really were do to the sudden rise in the PPS wich seemed like it could have been done by the company to make them worth more in the other companys eyes. So they were just covering there ass's. They wanted to let the other company know that they were aware of the rise in PPS and that they wernt trying to get a better bargaining price on the table. Supposed to be some big news out very soon> I would buy as much as possible ASAP! I currently have 6mil and counting!GLTA!!
