I agree--can you imagine how many PR's with Home Depot referenced would be out EVERY day if HD said--sure, go ahead.

Every vendor out there selling a planter--to hammers--wants to announce their products are being sold at Home Depot and WalMart.

the other issue with the PR is that is is indefinite as to the six figure order. How much is it? $100,000 or up to $999,999?

The press release leaves a lot to be desired becuase it is vague and as a result reflects in today's stock price. If this were ,more precise the SP would be up.
