These stores have been operating for around 4 years. There were cease and desist orders put out by the state of Florida but those orders were also rescinded and not 1 storefront was shut down. While the present administration does not favor outside sourcing of meds, Congress is much more friendly and it is expected in 2008 that we could see legislation that will open the doors to best price and best location.
RXPC has been following the mission statement of providing discount prescriptions and lab testing for the under and uninsured. A very noble cause and one that benefits all of our friends and neighbors. It is this philosophy that leads me to believe we will see further changes in our laws that will open even more sources to our markets. This is a major hot button issue and it will not go away.
