ces57 the "more" is that Uli is expected to get whatever he sells to work. This isn't an unusual agreement for a high ranking, highly techincal officer. He isn't getting 50% of his prior company back. HE sold it and this memorializes it. The company wants to keep their oar in on future developements by Uli. One would hope that there are more. Finally they are recognizing his separation from the company and providing a suitable parachute.
