Management has already told us there will be dilution, certainly to be registered this year, likely related to the series D and E shares-probably 15 mil is a good guess-which is 10% dilution. Nobody likes that but it is not MASSIVE. I believe some of the Series D and E investors may be prior holders, thus are likely longs- likely not shorters. It is conceivable if the price goes way up from good news, all of the registered shares would not be needed-perhaps they could get away with 8-10 million.

Clearly they would not be calling a webcast so soon without significant news-THEY have already declared the dilution news-just not exactly how much (but anyone could guess probably 15-20 mill). That cannot be why the conference is called for.
