Robert's email means absolutely nothing.

Should.

Expect.

Build Upon.

New Business Developments.

They are going to discuss new business developments. The new business developments discussion will surround a knee to the groin of shareholders in the form of massive dilution.

Robert also EXPECTS (he doesn't say when, only that he expects) public announcements as well as press and media coverage of EDIG's products and technology. These announcements SHOULD BUILD UPON what they accomplished this year (more losses, declining revenue momentum, additional dilution).

Robert's paragraph construction attempts to link the webcast discussion of "new business developments" (massive dilution) with the expectation of press and media coverage. It's called a smoke screen.
