But we have new people in charge and the company's focus has narrowed.
The disgruntled employees also have an agenda. When people are let go because they were unable to do their job there is always blame on other people and management! We are in a new era w/GTEM and need to see what will unfold. imo.

Sorry, but you're ignoring the fact that poorly performing workers get canned every day and it has nothing to do with the company. Some take it with grace, the more mature ones even admitting at least to themselves what part they had in it. Yet, every day across the globe, disgruntled former employees try to get back at their former companies, bosses, and coworkers, some with well-publicized acts of violence.
