Just spoke to Peter. He said Iceman had old restricted shares from LVCP when noone was paying attention to it, from about 2 years ago. They haven't spoken in over a year according to him. He said he has not issued any new shares to up the O/S and the A/S has not been increased at all. As far as the 10k, he's waiting on the European end to coordinate, and I mentioned earlier in my posts about the differences with GAAP regarding that.
So that might explain the pps drop, and if he did sell them down to this point, which is stupid imo, but maybe he needed to start paying down that house he bought, it should be drying up and a good buy opp for when they do finally get the accounting together, and the bb listing. Then up we go.
