just checked the OS from transfer agent. ~35.7 million shares. Was getting worried with the price dropping so much, thought maybe they were selling more shares, but i guess not. People just freaking out because of the late filing, well i hope that is it. Just picked up some more shares, so hoping to see a nice jump from these levels.

Anyone here anything from Peter Klamka?
