Since you don't know what was talked about between co reps and myself,I will go by what was told to me by a CO rep..
I will also say that at that time I warned that they should honor what they had pr'd and was (((((((assured)))))) PRIOR to my sale of a goodly chunk of this co and at a sizeable loss............That they would honor as stated.
Now I will be very honest with you and all here, I highly suggest they do..........
I made my sales decision based soley on information obtained from a co rep, so I for one consider it binding and legal....
It is no body business here but it was in excess of 70K shares and I would be very unhappy if they are changing the rules of the game at this point.......

If they are changing the rules I would suggest someone get in touch with me......................
