Actually, I was watching RGBL at .80c in February, because they are in coalbed methane treatment, and yes I was aware of their other technology as well.
I agree with you about water treatment plays being a growth area. That's why I was originally in RSLI (now RSDS) Before it was a uranium claims play, it was holding a patent for a coalbedmethane treatment process, and had licensed a process from the Livermore Laboratories. Their then competitor CDTN is also worth watching, imho.
