Right

And it's nutty for a railsplitter from a small town in Illinois to be elected to congress. There are a number of people here whose resume would qualify them to give sound advice to the company AND represent fairly concerns, positive and negative of the various shareholders constituencies.

If we can't elect one of our own, why send out ballots?

First proposed Internet review following the appearance of the first US Corporate shareholders’ advert on U-tube:

As a rose is a rose, so a laptop is a laptop, unless it is one of the latest models containing the new TPM chip and software from Wave Systems Inc., in which case the computer becomes a brick when picked up by a thief. Thus the latest in contemporary advertising as posted on U-tube by shareholders of Wave Systems: http://www.youtube.com/WAVX/

Waverider--Right on! S. Sprague has done a SPECTACULAR JOB! to have navigated WAVE to become the World's Premier Trusted Computing Company!

After an agonizing insanely long slog Trusted Computing is NOW just about to EXPLODE OUT OF THE GATE to all four corners of the World and NOW some investors want to 2nd guess him not only tactically but also in terms of his motives with respect to the Options request! Unbelievable!!!

Wavoids should properly be giving S. Sprague and his team a rousing standing ovation at this juncture! Instead we see blatant paranoia, envy and resentment! The litany of protests regarding Wave's history of failed promises is devoid of any logic or common sense: HOW COULD HAVE WAVE ACHIEVED REVENUES WHEN TRUSTED COMPUTING HAS YET TO LAUNCH IN A SERIOIUS WAY?!!!! If this illustrious board could have selected a WAVOID to the Board of Directors does anyone really believe that would have accelerated WAVE's progress in the Trusted Computing sector? Of course, not!

I swear to God, I feel like I'm living through a Rod Serling Twilight Zone NIGHTMARE!
