On the flip side of this possible broker "restriction" coin, more money to flow into less stocks might perhaps fuel some nicer runs in addition to discouraging spamming (& dumping while pumping, etc.)...maybe even encourage a bit more honesty.

Nah...that'd be too much to hope for wouldn't it?
