I know you are not a paid basher. But you are pissed. As are most of us. But don't get taken up in the paid basher's scheme, after all, they are getting paid, you are not.
Things are different and yes there is no audit. But there is a good reason for that.
This is my take:
Barry was first brought in to do the SEC audit. Through his connections came a byout oportunity. The audit was changed from an SEC audit to just a financial audit (by someone in OHIO), just for the purpose of the byout. The people trying to buyout the company, wanted to steal it. Now we are back to an SEC audit. (though there are still people looking at the company)That will go to Malone and Baily (which is an SEC lisensed auditor) or already has.
