"I think Snowcrow tipped his hand with that one."

Spunky, you should stop with the personnal attacks. Go to Pinsheets.com and look up TXHG. Then click on SEC filings. There is no end of filings. Then go to BD and do the same. Nothing there. They are trading at around .60. We have more assets, probably more revenue, and potnetial if this is an honest company, and are trading at .14. Even considering BD has twice the number of shares out we should still be closer to .30.

REPLY: Nothing personal Snowcrow. But you are not helping me and my investment with what amounts to whining about the past. We've been through this many times (all of us).

I posed a few simple questions to you:

Did you contact Lou?

Do you still own your shares?

Do you want to have a hand in creating the transparency you lament?

If you do not wish to answer publicly, fine. But talk to Lou. Then to me, you will have more credibility.

"If you actually own stock in this company you would be supporting my point, that we need transparency to see an increase in PPS. What part of this don't you get?"

REPLY: I totally support your point of transparency. I have contended many times that the reputation of BDGR based on the past is shot to hell. And it is precisely that which can be used by bashers to bash so effectively. And coming clean with shareholders is the way to go. But life isn't that simple. We have to do things besides complain. We have to take constructive action. If you are not willing to do that, then you lose and you drag me as a shareholder down with you. What part of that don't YOU get?

"Suggesting that I have some other motive than seeing BD do well is just a plain cheap shot. Either you're a paid pumper are you can't figure out where your own interest lie. They are not pumping for Lanza."

REPLY: If you talk to Lou, you will know exactly why I said what I said about you. And I assure you, I know exactly where my interests lie. They are the same interests I state clearly all the time on this board.

The way I get paid is if the stock goes up and I sell at break even or profit. I don't see where you get that I may be a paid pumper other than maybe taking a shot at me because I offended you.

Either you are really out of the loop or you are playing dumb.

I supposed either could be true. And since you brought up TX Holdings, that is a real red flag to me that needs to be questioned. I make no apologies for that. If it stepped on your toes, then you need to move aside because I am going to keep stepping towards the truth and the bottom line of my investment.
