You've got some great thoughts Mark - a smart reader it seems. Our country has much larger concerns now than minor philosophical differences on a message board. Boy, I sure hope this surgical hit on Afghan doesn't fuel something much larger....I'm concerned.......

I apologize for the hostility the other day. Let me try and explain its root.


When some one throws out a blanket statement such as " Lets stop Terrorism" In essence what they are saying is lets ban the Gun.

Terrorism is nothing more than a method of attack made by PEOPLE. Just as a gun does not get up walk down the street firing itself at people, neither does terrorism occur unless there is a Terrorist or human being behind the scenes orchestrating.

The powers that be are using the buzzword terrorism to insight the people and demonize an enemy in which they refuse to identify due to its true nature. I have spent the last few days addressing what I believe this conflict to be about, and just who the sides are.. Give me some more time and I will laden this thread with much secular information about the Media termed Fundamentalist extremists.

I wonder how the Baptists would feel being called fundamentalist extremists???
