What a helpful post. NOT! Basing your decision on a single funeral director and his product(whatever it may be)is far from relevant to what we are dealing with. Not to mention urns is the big story here, caskets are just a plus.Did you also ask him about Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. of Broadview, Illinois, the largest vault manufacturer and marketer in the world of which are company now has an agreement with. He probably didn't know who they were either..lol

I find it interesting that you would go to all that trouble, to talk and look at a catalog with a funerl Director and you have no interest in buying the stock. That's going out of your way, or was it.
You must be trying to look out for the shareholders. Can you give me a name of that Funeral Home and Director and I'll have Nick call them.
Let me know when you get it.

I like when people look out for us.

You must be good samaratian, or a ................

Not! "Also, he showed me catalogs of other companies that have been doing this same thing for the past 5 years or so.JMO"

I don't think they (other companies) have MLB or the Vatican line...

I don't think most Catholics think of their religion as a "novelty"

Stay over at X__M!

Just goes to show that there are funeral directors that don't bother to read journals, listen to Paul Harvey, read Readers Digest or keep up with new trends. Wonder what the 'novelty' caskets he has on hand (maybe a KISS casket)? Most casket manufacturers are like new car manufacturers, they provide the stock at little or no cost to the dealers and have brocures to choose from. Usually there is a few days between death and a need for a casket or urn, more than enough time to ship one to the 'final destination'.
Thanks for the input. But now the stated funeral director can't claim blatent ignorance regarding Eternal Image.

Just like that funeral director, I was once ignorant of Eternal Image but now my eyes have been opened. I realize that there is an untapped market potential and Eternal Image is covering that market with vigor.
Let's look at people in general. When most people buy a new car do they get the cheapest one possible? Or do they look at one that is flashy and cool and price doesn't matter? But look at buying an urn, an eternal recepticle for the loved ones' remains. Would they like to be remembered as loving a specific baseball team or residing in a generic, bland urn that one would never, ever buy otherwise?
It would be great if Eternal Image would be up to full production and pumping out product on a daily basis, I believe that this is keeping a lot of investors out of their stock. Too many times individuals have bought on hype only to see the company fold up and their hard earned money disappear.
This will go to a penny when there is product flow and profits.
