He has stated through emails to shareholders that the shareholders will recieve cash or cash and stock in the new company (not sure which) with the money BKMP recieves from the sale as well as the retention of your BKMP shares.

Irish... Bkmp made fresh cash when they first issued new bkmp late 05' & early 06' right? Any trading monies now just goes between brokers and us traders yes? Then for bkmp to make more fresh capital, Bkmp has to issue fresh shares from their unlimited agreement. Is this the dilution everyone keeps talking about?
Or something like that.
