I could be wrong here, but although BMKP claims to have only a 20% interest in TFN, I bet BKMP is fully funding TFN through the sale of stock. Sandy will clean up on the sale of TFN and shareholders will be stuck with BKMP's bloated shell.. It seems to be the plan..
