They have, twice. Withdrew both times.

the auditors are asking a ton of questions

Since they have only a couple of customers and are still a small operation, there should not be many questions and the answers should be readily available. That is if everything is as has been portrayed to us.

I wouldn't expect to see the 10Q until 1st or 2nd week in Jan. I can't see how this really matters if it's this week or in 3 weeks.

If you think Peter's credibility matters, then it matters that it is done this month.
