This isn't Federal Express... they are working on it as fast as possible. They've never filed before, so there's a ton of work to be done and the auditors are asking a ton of questions, as well they should.
I wouldn't expect to see the 10Q until 1st or 2nd week in Jan. I can't see how this really matters if it's this week or in 3 weeks. They have plenty of other things to accomplish in the meantime.
The longer term plans are coming together and the proof of that should become apparent over the next three months as the work of the last three years finally pays off.
Getting the stock price up is not and should not be the primary focus of the company, but executing the business should be. You are correct to be anxious for progress and I believe there has been considerably more progress than is presently public... I know there are several pivotol events that are close to being in place... I will wait to celebrate after they are accomplished and announced
