cdaniel, In fairness....... we do not know what happened to John Burge. We do not know if he had a problem with PBLS or decided to focus on running his other company that he did not sell to PBLS. PBLS management seems to have a controling and agressive attitude and may not be easy to work with. I Am suprised that so few defections have occured in the last two years.
There was no defection, John B. has personal assets like the Mardi G. pipeline as well as others. He needed to take care of his assets which need a lot of DOT maintenance. He is now an advisor...
All it told me was there is no oil play here. A play that could have make this stock run like hell and the reason I came here in the first place. Now I see this as dead money for the next few years. I do feel BS'ed a lot by the company. Like.... We expect to file the form-10 late this year (That was in Jan 2006). This is worth .25 pps (That was in 2Q06). "Very Soon" well we all know that one.
I am not saying that this play will never work out... I am saying that I only have to out wait PA's desire for retirement.
