Whirligig, maybe this statement of yours might explain the defection of John Burge?

"The acquired companies also received both common and preferred shares as compensation and will certainly want to see this investment protected and grow."

Has anyone heard anything about why he is no longer there? I tried calling MM a week ago and have not had a return call.

P.S.- I do not want the preferred as 80% is in my SIMPLE account.
