Waverider, please provide a single way in which voting down THIS proxy will 'screw' the company.

If anyone can provide a credible basis on how defeating this proxy will jeopardize the company, I am listening.

Waverider..."If they distrust mangment so much, sell and get the hell out..." That's not a FAIR comment to make about those of us who aren't thrilled with the current proposal. Take a lok at the names of those who are in the NO category..these are people who have been loyal supporters of the company and mangement for OVER ten years. Additionally....these individuals have SUBSTANTIAL holdings of WAVX stock....this group of investors SHOULD be listened to occasionally...IMHO
