Yeah, it's a lot of the same with some of the usual twisting of phrasing in there (I could really sort out the facts there), but I'm glad see some of you are seeing through the smoke.
As for ABB, the court case is over, and the legal settlement has been made, BUT full and complete restitution is not just a matter of cash...the fact that there is such a wall around the real core of the matter is a clear indicator of other movement. The fact that this is being entirely played behind closed doors is an affront.
This is the type of leadership that looks out for themselves and inside investors...not the shareholder at large.
It's a slap in the face plain and simple...it's a F.U, now what are you going to do about it? Sell?...go right ahead...better for us to buy it back when it's next to nothing, and clear out the day/penny traders...and I'm not exaggerating.
