I also received this reply from Scottrade, I am glad that the Scottrade Compliance Department will read my e-mail, along with other longs that have taken just a minute or two to send an e-mail request for consideration and action. Our concerted effort can make a difference, let your own brokerage firm know your concerns on this restriction, if they have the online buy restriction still in place and allowing only phone in orders for buys.
