I have been invested from before 2000. I have continually added when able, even more shares when Waves' prospects were worse as reflected in the shareprice at the time.
I have supported Waves' shareprice like many others, which happens to be part of the reason that the considerable dilution isn't much, much worse.
The BOD and/or Waves' management "COULD" of also purchased shares as in an ongoing investment plan, on a monthly or quarterly basis, as not to appear that they were taking advantage of "insider Information". My shares have fluctuated up and down and have been at risk as yours and everyone elses.
It seems as though the BOD/Waves' management have been content to just issue bonuses and receive their stock options. When stock options were in the money and exercised, they were immediately sold for a profit. Why not, they'll just be replaced in the future!
Great work if you can get it! For you to imply that my objections are contributing to the sabotaging of this iventure is absolutely wrong! I had expected better of you.
This is analoguous to saying that the Viet Nam protestors were trying to sabotage the United States or the Viet Nam War! Those protestors are now considered American heros by some, M Ali for instance!
This is about voicing my objections, no more no less!
