Gokitesurf

"I come to this board this morning expecting to see a lot of people staunchly opposing this proposal. Instead, I come here and see nothing but SKS-stalwarts singing the praises of massive dilution and trust in the face of a decade of missteps. I am deeply sorry Weby, for going against the grain, but I have never been a follower. I have to speak my mind."

GoKite, WVXMSTr.........don´t underestimate the quality and quantity of posters voting NO. Most of us have stated what side of the fence they are.

No more posts on that subject, don´t mean we´ve changed our opinion. NO is NO, end of story!

There are a few who were influenced by reading this boards and SKS statements, but there are always some who make their decision after thinking over the story...

If I were Wave I would hire some WAVOIDs as salesmen, perhaps we would be in the double figures million rev range!LOL

Wait a minute...I haven't been reading all the posts...

Even SKS can't come up with anything except Australian territory manager. Australian territory manager? Come on!

Um, what are the qualifications, pay and, ahem, will there be options granted? First I've heard of this.

Go-kite

You know I believe in moderation in all things including moderation. I've tried to think this one through. Mostly, I think it is another molehill turned by frustration into a mountain. However, THE MOUNTAIN OF FRUSTRATION IS REAL and I do believe that that message needs to be sent to the people we do have power to pay options to -- The Bod who we elect or NOT.

To be perfectly clear -- I think Snackman, Weets, and other good friends are wrong this time and I'm voting NO--

There's also the fact that I'm trying to help SKS resist the temptation!!! Company needs an option diet!!! If you need it call a special meeting for any significant dilution of stockholder value. If you need money after all this time offer stockholders warrants FIRST. Each of us has beliefs and limits. Why Now? There is no reason that I believe in before I see three million drives and an actual, not "hoped for" 50% upgrade rate. Again, since I seem to have been unclear. I'm voting NO and I said that I was leaning that way in my first post when this discussion started.

putting the trust/don't trust management issue aside, and assuming that this proposal was accepted, can someone among the vocifereous objectors, in a point by point fashion, persude me of what deliterious things will befall my investment, or the prospect for success of the company. i don't hear that specificity in your post, and i haven't heard it in any prior posts. absent that, all i'm hearing is resentful, incoherent or inspecific ranting.
