OT: Yes, Rainmaker...it does get windy around here at times, nothing new I guess...our IDCC always seems to be in the storm. I miss your posts and prose....as far as heating up? Yeah, I guess so for some...'bout the same as always for me, maybe a little cooler in fact. But I'm sure that for those that are trading in and out, or shorting, or whatever...as an ol' gambler/domino player I know use to say...."That Whiskey's Hot!"
As far as grits (re Your signature: "Eat More Grits")...most Yankees don't really know what grits "is" (grits is not plural or "are", it is singular or "is", LOL). It's not necessarily what you get in the Holiday Inn breakfast buffet in any city in the South. I like my grits cooked in the skillet on the grease from the bacon or country ham, and of course some biscuits with molasses, or honey; over easy eggs are good with it too of course, but optional.
Had grits at a deer camp awhile back served with fried backstrap and gravy that was pretty good too!
