You are right, partially. Nobody knows what is going on in Lee ....... at this moment. That is the problem.
What we do know.
From history we know that our sales stink.
We know we were told many times previously that was going to change and it did not.
We know that SKS has not exactly been accurate with his "over exuberance", what some around here call guidance, and I would call WAG's that have all been wrong.
So if you look at WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO KNOW, it is more than you think because performance speaks volumes. To date we have not had that performance. Only a string of broken promises.
I am not saying they were intentional. They just never materialized and when you are batting .000 percent, that is not a good average and does not lend itself to TRUST.
Go-Kite makes a very strong argument as does Unclever and Rachel. This just is not the thing to do right now.
Have you ever heard the phrase "abstain from the very appearance of impropriety?"
This would be a good time to apply it because I have not been told one good reason by the CEO why this is so necessary and there are too many "open" ends to temptations for me.
If you already have "the best" talent, can there be more of "the best"? That even sounds dumb. So please don;t swallow the line about needing options to attract the best talent.
IF BREAK EVEN is around the corner, as SKS has pointed out and this board believes, then why can't this wait?

Of course, he has been wrong 100 percent of the time in the past too which is why the concern by a lot of us. You should be also.
