Hmmm. their 10k was based on Northtech. PLRO as it now stands has no income as faras I can tell. PRO may have sold some "fortified grease" but that again was as an LLC and I assume not subject to the 10k.
I could be mistaken, but any revenue would not be in need of any reports, until next year......Yes, it gets confusing to me between, Northtech, PLRO, PRO llc ect. but see nothing amiss, yet. :)

Call with Whitmore re: product with PLRO

Here is the info I saw on the net...

http://www.remsa.org/RunScript.asp?page=24&letter=w&ap=ViewMembers.asp&p=ASP\~PgDefault....
Look under Whitmore where it says "New products include Railmaster® LF PRO rail curve lubricant, Railguard™ top of the rail friction modifier, and EZ Switch® Spray aerosol switch plate lubricant. The PRO shows that it is Platinum's.

As with Patrick, I also noted that it had not been added to Whitmore's website. See
http://catalog.whitmores.com/ItemListView.aspx?id=20

So...I decided to give Whitmore a call this morning to see what the status was. I spoke with the person in charge of their railroad lubricants. I learned the following:

The Railmaster PRO product is targeted at one particular railroad company, BNSF. Testing will be done in the next 2 months and they believe the testing is basically a formality. Without any prompting they said that the product was less expensive and performed better than the product BN currently uses that contains more moly. They believe that once BN starts using it, then other railroads would be more apt to follow suit.

Another railroad has successfully tested the Railmaster PRO product but this company is more price sensitive and uses one of Whitmore's less expensive products.

So, it appears that this would be the reason why there was no revenue from this product in Q4 2006 (Whitmore announcement was in Nov 2006). Based on what Whitmore said, it sounds to me like it will be Q2 or Q3 of 2007 before revenue is generated (post BN testing).

Just passing the info along...
