#501 RE: Tenderloin #498

Then we have a serious problem.

The oils that have been submitted for testing and which will be awarded in 2008 are made by Chevron/Texaco, Exxon/Mobil, Conoco/Philips, Pennzoil/quaker, MOtive, Afton, Savant, etc. If PLRO has failed to inform of such event in their website will be an oversight of huge proportions, wouldn't it?

I have serious doubts that IF PLRO had any of its INGREDIENTS or PATENTS being part of this testing. I may also point out that since the companies are responsible for it then I have failed to notice such payments for testing on any of their 8K and 10K. Please somebody point it out if you find it.

Now since the tests being conducted are pretty expensive between $75,000 all the way to $533,000 once. If they gain aproval they basically will not risk putting a new additive or ingredient after being tested and won an award to sell the product.because it will require new TESTING.

It brings another question. If so much testing is required to the BIG guns with billions of dollars and who are spending a lot of money on those tests. Why would you think an untested, unproven product is as some people seem to claim here "THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN PROVIDE THE SOLUTION".....What Solution? Those companies are spending billions on all this new products, oils, base oils, additives and GTL fuels and they are going to be overlooking the CLEAR SOLUTION?

Furthermore, by law PLRO will be required to informed the SEC of any partnership. Second they will be screeaming that one of their oils is being tested and may be awarded as one of the possible winners.

I have read the website. I have read tons of materials and I have not been able to find ANYWHERE any claim that PLRO has a "product" in the market. There was that big announcement in regard to a partership with Whitmore. However, their 10K income estatement did not contain any payments whatsoever from that outfit and you can check their website I have not been able to find any product that claims to contain the "magic ingredient and they have tons of products (http://www.whitmores.com/ )

Again just pointing out some facts. Not distortions of the truth just my simple opinion as I see it.
