After reading all of the post today I conclude that managements request is over the top.I think the timing of this request is very poor and arm twisting for devoted shareholders. I have been in this investment for over ten years just waiting and waiting and waiting.There is strong feelings on the board today and yesterday against this from many longs.Good people, that have supported Wave when the company needed that support.AS WAVIODS WE DON'T HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO THE COMPANY FOR OUR ACTIONS.WE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR THEM. It is time for the company to show its appreciation to its shareholders. I stand with all of you, Voting (NO). It might not change anything, but I will sleep a lot better.
