Actually Joe they have implemented, or are still working on, a process in the manufacturing that will thwart counterfeiting because it cannot be replicated. I believe a patent will be issued for this process. As too the PIPEs go read the deal again, they cannot short against the box and play both sides according to the agreement. Also look at the structure of the PIPEs there are several investors sharing this chunk of restricted paper so they cannot individually act. Basu group is most likely the gatekeeper of the shares and warrants and I don't think the day to day trading here is even considered. Once the shares become registered after lockup we will know when they are selling because, in my opinion, we will see massive volume to the upside as they buy into the market and create good bullish momentum, then they will sell into the frenzy. IMO That is what happened last year when Chassmen was ready to unload a pile. IMO

Joe....You need to contact XeChem immediately, because your knowledge of the Pharma. industry is simply astounding. Couple that with your brilliant financing backgroung you would be invaluable to XeChem.

Alert them to the fact that they may not be able to sell the drug outside of Nigeria! They need to know that they may have only 4m people to take Nicosan. With only 80m a month possible in revenue, thay may just halt construction before it's too late!

Dr Pandey says that they are looking to hire people with your background. You would, however, have to move to Nigeria.
