How can you say PIPERs aren't flippers?

XKEM would over a nickle if they weren't. The PIPErs force you to flip if you want to make any money without the risk of waiting things out. You think it's going to be easy to protect their secret formula? How soon after nicosan's out until there's also counterfeit Nicosan available? I think they should have licensed out Nicosan to a big company for 2 years than used the proceeds to build the factory instead of borrowing and PIPing. That also would have gotten more nicosan into the hands of the people who need it quicker.
