Current Status of Company

As of March 29th 2007, the Company had 3 pending lawsuits, a Wells Notice from the SEC that was supposed to have been answered by March 9, 2007 (of which current management was totally unaware, until an official at the SEC contacted them on 4-10-07), and ongoing investigations by at least four government agencies. In addition there is documentation showing the forfeiture of all claims and mineral rights, no corporate records for the past 4 ½ years of business and taxes that have never been filed. The only tangible asset is a 45 million share certificate of Entourage Mining stock.

Four, eh? I'm trying to think what they may be. But...I'll bet that besides the SEC and the DOJ, the IRS is one. I wonder what the fourth is...

For whatever reason there is obviously a communication problem between Mahue and West. West seems to feel he has no choice but to dig for information and rock the boat until the truth comes out or the money is released.Or there is a very complex cover story being put together right before our eyes.And as always CMKX longs suffer while they wait this out.

Great update! West always struck me as a one-dimensional guy whose entire world revolved around chasing the NSS bogeyman. It's nice to see a different side of his persona.

I'm impressed w/ his drive in trying to untangle a monumental mess and addressing rumors head on. It would be far easier to start from scratch than tackle what he inherited. Up another notch on the opinion meter.

There's not too many ways to put a spin on that. The company is DEAD. NO ASSETS but a POS penny stock cert. No claims, WE GOT NOTHING!!!!

The whole stock pull was a HOAX. Just a stall tactic. Now UC is not affiliated with the company with his BS health excuse, he doesn't have to acct for anything. He got off scott free with a nice bank roll.

There is no way to build this company. All we have is worthless shares.
