Orda....don´t think so. What we have seen is NOT a sign for bad numbers, since the SHM is AFTER the Q1 CC. BTW nobody would execute the options IF the SP is below their option price.

All in all I think mgmt believes in a rising SP (thats the good thing) and they want to get more options at a premium price, which could be converted at any time. They have NO risk since they don´t have to execute if the price is above the SP but they are able to do it anytime they want if their price is below the SP. And THATS the REALLY BAD thing.

Orda, Snacks, et al....re; Institutional Ownership



Many here have revelled in the idea of increasing institutional ownership.. We've had almost a daily vigil as to the increasing number being held by bigger hands.

Those bigger hands have the ability to put more pressure around the collective necks of executive management and BOD.

So, while we cheer for the big guys to eat up more of the float, the guys sitting in LEE with the WAVX logo on their golf shirts might view this as an eventual problem.

One way for them to collectively push back, is with more shares in their hands.

As I sit here this morning, with more shares than ever before, I am voting YES. Support of the vision is in it's very nature binary. We can demand answers, we can demand performance but we cannot carry the company colors for Lark or SKS.

This is our company. They are the leaders. Hopefully, they are leading Darth to Vegas..not Death Valley!
