Looks like you've been down on this stock from the get-go, your negative bias comes as no surprise. Have you given any thought to the implications of what you are saying? It would mean the virtual destruction of the retail stock market, because no one could be sure that any stocks they buy are real or fake, and could be rendered valueless, AND be sued for damages on top of that???. I for one would take my money out of market and never look back. It is a risky enough business already. But I'm thinking you got it wrong.

Sounds like your father doesn't know what a declaratory judgement is.

then your father ( with all due respect) needs to look again, since megas is looking for a remedy. that is what a declaratory judgment is. a decision

A clear-eyed view.

He referred me to an attorney that he knows and suggested I counter this lawsuit with one of my own for dereliction of duty on the part of Bancorp's CEO (Megas).

Might work. Don't forget that this company has been "hijacked" more than once. Very careless, I'd say. Also don't forget that Megas, through Sytner, orded Mario to "reissue" the company certs.

I am considering a countersuit as well. Dereliction of duty among other things.

Totally untrue; I believe I'm one of the largest shareholders here and I am NOT on that list; is it because of WHEN I purchased the shares, earlier than most here? Wonder if Art is on the list.........not sure if Art Gecko is the name he goes by. He is how I learned of BCIT.
