Received my copy of the lawsuit and ran it by my father (an attorney with the Federal Appeals court)...he says Bancorp is clearly suing ALL shareholders and accusing ALL named defendants of perpetrating fraud on the company. In essence, Megas got nothing from Pino and now he wants blood money any way he can get it. He is out to protect himself and doesn't give a damn about us. He referred me to an attorney that he knows and suggested I counter this lawsuit with one of my own for dereliction of duty on the part of Bancorp's CEO (Megas).
