#59135 RE: Stocky Stockerton #59134

If the company plans to remain on the otcbb and trade there, then there is no need for a R/S.Many companies trade there with O/S in the billions. If the company ever wants to move to nasdaq or amex they will have to have one to get the share price up to the level necessary to obtain a listing. As much as I'd love to see them buy back enuff shares to raise the price to that area, reality tells me quite differently.
I have a prior committment today that is a postponement from Monday's snow day up here in the NE. Looking forward to returning home tonite and hearing all the good news posted here from the CC.

Thanks to all

Listen stock, I know most on here have 0 exserience on the bussiness side of the equation. It shows BIG time on this forrum, and I have explained why A RS would be much better for the company. Now, saying that, most are here for the short term and really are just penny players that get sucked in the pumping prs like BUY backs lol. Borrow money at .001 and pay it back at .01, that is SOOOOO stupid and VERY careless with the sales cash. Going with a buy back?? how much cash, and HOW much time will they need to get a 500 mill OS. I WILL not do the math for ya, but let me tell ya, they better be selling a CHIT load of urns, or it would take years. Do a RS say 3 or 4 to 1 and it cost nothing and saves all that hard earned cash. ETIM messed up by not using the bank for a loan imo. When a company dilutes?? for start up, they should fix the problem of a huge OS, and I feel a RS is the smartest business plan with NO more diluting after the split.I have been in these types of plys before and turned out VERY rewarding. There is a poster, burnshorty lol, this would really burn shorty and he so busy pumping and I'M sure a kid, that this has FLEW over his head LMAO. If they would have gone to the bank?? that loan could be paid off, and NOT ten times what they barrowed.

have a good one,

jason
