Company has said no RS. I don't think a RS would be the smart move right now but I could be wrong. There's too much expected good news in the next 2 years that will keep the PPS in an uptrend. Once we're on the OTCBB, many more investors will jump in I believe; MMs will lose even more control over the PPS. I think ETIM buys back shares and then retires them. It could take several years but ETIM has just that. JMO.

We'll see if someones asks about a RS during the CC. It should be good.
