Here's an added thought on those 5 pictures, those 3 people you see in the pictures are the general contractor (GC), the GC's nephew and one hard working person from H3. They are digging up the sewer line themselves, while they wait for the plumbers to get there and do the necessary drain hookups. By doing the digging themselves, they're saving a couple days that would be wasted waiting for the plumbers and making the plumbers bill a little less. I don't think you can work any harder on this SodaShop than that.

And you also saw a picture of the electrician's tools and wire, in another picture, so you know they're not far from being at the SodaShop soon either.

This is what I've seen, since I started going over to the SodaShop in late December '06. They're going as hard as they possibly can and if they're not working like this, I've found there is always a good explanation. For example, a few weeks ago I did say, they're really getting down to business now that they finally have the City Building Permit and then there was a lull after that. Some people noticed that lull because I wasn't posting here on the Board. I had nothing new to post about down here because nothing was happening. Some called me out for that saying "I know" but I didn't have an answer because the H3 people simply weren't there, to give me an answer. Well, I found out recently what happened was 2 of the H3 people had to go to school and take a short course required by the State of Florida, for operating a restaurant. They had to take a test to become certified food service managers, so they would be able to legally open the SodaShop and manage the SodaShop kitchen. They couldn't watch the SodaShop, with different contractors in it, if they were in class all day and there wasn't anybody else available besides them, to "watch the store". Also, it was tax time and at least one needed a few days to take care of that personal business. Besides putting in 12 hour days, the H3 people here have lives of their own and sometime, they need some time, like anybody else.
